"I am 28 years old and originally from Rochester, New York but grew up in Pennslyvania. For the last few years I've been living in New York City where I attended graduate school and worked with my friends' moving company. A couple of years ago I realized that in this period of my life i want to travel as much as possible, so that's what I try to do. I began this trip 4 months ago in Nicaragua and made my way down to Ecuador before coming back to Panama where I met Greg and Jean-Jacques. Sailing has always seemed to me the most romantic means of transport, and I'm thrilled about the adventure. I plan on arriving in Australia to work sometime in the next several months before traveling on. After the war, I told Jean-Jacques that if he ever became a shrimp boat captain I'd be his second mate. I'm delighted to fulfill my promise!"

Pendant ces dernières années j'ai vécu à NewYork, où j'ai été en école d'études avancées, et travaillé dans l'entreprise de déménagement d'amis. Naviguer m'a toujours semblé être le moyen de transport le plus romantique, et je suis excité à propos de cette aventure. Après ces projets, j'ai dit à Jean-Jacques que s'il devient capitaine sur un bateau de pêche à la crevette, je serais son officier en second. J'ai hâte de tenir ma promesse!"
